The house policies, stated plainly

Booking with BLXK CARTEL means agreeing to what follows. Nothing here is unreasonable and nothing here bends.

❥ Cancellations

Your time is held for you alone and nobody else can take it. Forty eight hours notice is required to cancel or move a session. Inside that window any payment made is forfeit. Missing a session without a word means the next one is paid up front.

❥ Age and eligibility

Eighteen and over. Photo identification may be requested. Sessions are not offered to anyone who is pregnant, has a history of skin cancer, or is taking photosensitising medication.

❥ Health

A health declaration is required before your first session. Declare any skin condition, any medication affecting your skin, and anything cosmetic done recently including laser, peels or injectables. If you are unsure, speak to your doctor first. Eyewear is provided and it is worn every session.

❥ Session standards

Session lengths are fixed and they are fixed for skin safety. A shorter session may be recommended based on your skin and your history, and that call is final on the day. Colour builds over consecutive sessions and varies with skin, preparation and aftercare.

❥ Conduct

The studio is private and prepared for one booking at a time. Arrive five to ten minutes early. Five minutes of grace applies, past which your session may be shortened or moved. Leave the room as you found it. No children, no guests, no exceptions.

❥ Privacy

Your details, your preferences and your history are held privately and never shared without your written consent. What is kept exists only so every visit feels familiar.

❥ Refunds

Nothing is refundable once a session is performed. If something is not right, say so within forty eight hours and it gets sorted.
