Every session is reserved. There is no other way in.

Bookings run through Square. One booking is in the building at a time and nobody else is on the floor for your window.

Bringing people with you is fine. If they are having a session, book the level that carries them. II for two, III for three, IV for four. If they are coming along and not booked in, tell me before the day. Who they are and why. Cleared in advance and it is fine. Turning up unannounced with someone is not.

No walk ins. No exceptions made quietly for anyone.

Forty eight hours notice to move or cancel. Inside that window the time stands and anything paid is forfeit.

Miss a session without a word and the next one is prepaid before it goes in the book.

Doors open ten minutes before you. Five minutes of grace after your start time and no more.

Past that the session is shortened or released, because the name after you gets the same clean room and the same full window you did. Plan for traffic and parking.

SAINT is eight sessions. VICE is twelve. GRAND is sixteen. Paid up front, loaded to your name.

They do not expire. They do not transfer. Once the first session is used the pack is yours and it is not refundable.

Before your first session, tell me about any skin condition, any medication that makes you photosensitive, pregnancy, or anything cosmetic done recently. Laser, peels, injectables, all of it.

If you are unsure, speak to your doctor before you book. Eyewear is provided and it is worn every time, no negotiation.

Twenty, thirty or forty minutes each. Those lengths are fixed and they are fixed for a reason.

If your skin says a shorter session, you get a shorter session. That call is mine on the day and it is final.

Colour builds. It does not arrive. What you walk out with depends on your skin, your prep and what you do after.

Once a session is done it is done. Nothing is refundable after the fact.

Nothing leaves this room.

No names, no photos, no bookings, no details. Not shared, not sold, not mentioned. The address is given to you and to nobody else, and it stays that way.

I reserve the right to refuse anyone, and I use it.
